Question:
Suppose that you are working for a newly founded coffee company (production and selling). Before promoting your company you need to create a strategic plan.
In this scope you need to set the vision & mission statements of the company and define which type of strategy you are going to follow (i.e. differentiation strategy, cost leadership).
In addition, you need to prepare a PESTLE and a SWOT analysis for the company and define the best possible moment for the launching.
