Coronary artery disease is a serious heart disease becasue it can lead to death and serious complications. It is also referred to as coronary heart disease or ischemic heart (Coronary Artery Disease, 2019). Coronary artery disease is profoundly serious because it is one of the leading causes of death in the United States and is the most common heart disease. Coronary artery disease occurs when the arteries that supply blood to heart muscle and other parts of the body become hardened and narrowed due to plaque buildup (Coronary Artery Disease, 2019). This is serious because the narrowing of the arteries can cause partial or complete block of blood flow. With decrease blood flow this consequently prevents the heart muscle from getting the blood that it needs to help pump the heart. Also, a piece of the plaque buildup may suddenly cut off and cause a heart attack. Coronary artery disease can be acute or chronic condition (Johnson, 2018). This means that complications can be abruptly or over time.

Likewise, large type, large margins, large indentations, triple-spacing, increased leading (space between lines), increased kerning (space between letters), and any other such attempts at “padding” to increase the length of a paper are unacceptable, wasteful of trees, and will not fool your professor.
The paper must be neatly formatted, double-spaced with a one-inch margin on the top, bottom, and sides of each page. When submitting hard copy, be sure to use white paper and print out using dark ink. If it is hard to read your essay, it will also be hard to follow your argument.
