Abstract
Mental health is extremely important to human beings, because Mental health is essential to a person’s well-being, their family and interpersonal relationships, and how one is able to contribute to society. These disorders affect how a person thinks, their actions, their feelings, their mood, which affect their relationship with themselves, their families and even society. They may cause harm to themselves or others, even suicide. There are many factors that may contribute to poor mental health. Adolescents are particularly vulnerable because they are in a critical transitional period. Healthy People, is a website that provides goals and objects backed by science to make informed health decisions. 1 in 3 high school students feel a sense of hopelessness. For reasons like this, early intervention is important.
