(It can be your own, if it fits the definition above.) If in doubt about the appropriateness of the organization, please ask. If you cannot access information personally, many non-profits and government entities share much of this information on their website. THE ORGANIZATION I CHOOSE IS Goodwill Industries International. TOPIC- Select a public agency, non-profit organization, association, hospital, or educational institution in which you are able to obtain some important human resource management information. Focus your 4-page report about the organization on the following questions below about recruitment and selection. How does the organization perform its recruiting and selection process? Focus only on the recruiting and selection process for both managerial and supervisory positions. How are education and experience factors weighted? Is any type of screening and testing used in the process? How is the interview process managed? What are the strengths and limitations of this current process in the organization you selected? Would you recommend any changes to this process? Why? Why not? If you did recommend some changes, what would they entail?
