It’s vital to note that the plan that the mentor chooses should not interfere with the believes and feelings for the mentee (Grant & Hartley, 2013). The project should be a stepping stone for the success of the program. In the bible, we see how Jesus was able to shape the plan for his disciples. He mentored them with his teachings, and they were able to make very crucial decisions in their daily activities.
