Write a summary report of the self-assessments. In the summary report, include the following for each self-assessment that is part of the summary:
- Title/Topic of the self-assessment
- Your score on the assessment
- A brief interpretation (2-3 sentences) of what your score means to you
- An action plan describing (a) how you will behaviorally demonstrate that dimension/self-assessment topic, and (b) what your personal plan for self-improvement on that dimension/topic will be.
Consider what you have learned about yourself through these assessments as we continue exploring leadership theories
