Microbes are Everywhere -Part 1 – (60 Minutes)
Overview: Despite the fact that we can’t see them without the aid of special magnifying lenses, microbes dominate our planet. Almost all of the processes necessary for survival on our planet are at least partially dependent on microbes. This activity is designed to challenge you to figure out what everyday items have to do with microbes.

- Brainstorming to “figure out” what your “item” has to do with microbes. In all likelihood, you will need to do some research to answer the mystery.
Once you have come up with a clear explanation, post it to this forum. You should post a “picture” of your item and a brief description of the role that microbes play in this item.
