The final section of your project will be an analysis and discussion. An analysis is done by detailing the various parts of your study. You will consider the background, sociological/criminological framework, investigated research, and return to your hypothesis and/or research questions. By asking critical questions (done in assignment 1), report back what was discovered, what did you find/learn, what was expected/unexpected?
In the analysis, consider any data/statistics, the hypothesis and research questions that are guided by theoretical framework. How does the theory help you interpret the data and help explain the underlying causes of a social problem?
You will need a section that address criminological/sociological theory: Discuss the theory(ies) used and then return to our original research questions from our previous assignment:
