• Use the questions as the headings for each response.
• Due to the nature of the questions, a minimum word limit is not required for the initial response, but each question must have a substantive response and be cited with more than one source. One or two sentences will not be considered substantial.
• All posts need to be substantive and refer to the required unit’s readings, lecture videos, cases, and statutes. DO NOT use outside sources.
• Among the sources cited for the initial post, there must be a minimum of 2 of the cases, the ICWA statute discussed in the video lectures. Hager’s textbook and at least one of Professor Hager’s video lectures. All questions need to be supported by more than one citation.
• Italicize case names; do not underline them even though the textbook may have them underlined. Replace underlining with italics.
• Do not use quotations in your discussion posts. Use your own words. Paraphrase or summarize the information.
