Introduce study. Follow instructions posted in “the research proposal” for instructions. I have started the introduction/literature review, but it is really unorganized. but good info in there for you. generally, we are expanding on the public report: embracing experiences, which I will attach as well. The reason for us to expand is that we are trying to include more voices and more diverse voices in the report. Most of the respondents were white, middle-aged, mid-income, women, from the urban landscape. So, CBN is a more rural region on NL. -we are aiming to be proactive rather than reactive. meaning, we have received more calls coming from the area indicating a rise in mental health and addictions needs -our goal is to do focus groups to hear from people with lived experiences on what their experiences are using/navigating mental health services or lack thereof and understanding the reasons for it. -because we are building off the embracing experiences report, you can use this as a reference for situating yourself. there is also a link in the CBN document that is helpful as well in terms of reference.
